Pandit Hridaynath Mangeshkar completes 72 years on October 26. This is a significant year as he composed music earlier this year for his daughter Radha Mangeshkar’s debut album Naav Maazha Shaami. As we close the issue, Hridayesh Arts plan to present a grand show in his honour on the day at Mumbai’s Shanmukhananda Hall. The Mangeshkar clan will be present in full strength on the occasion, led by Lata Mangeshkar. The cultural organisation will also felicitated the singer-composer on the occasion. A musical evening of songs and ghazals will be presented by Hariharan, Udit Narayan, Shaan,Sadhana Sargam, Bela Shende and Vaishali Samant. Hridayanath himself will also sing a few songs.
