Neeraj Sridhar one of the popular voices in the indi-pop arena, has gone missing for sometime now and is concentrating more on playback singing at the moment. However not wanting to disappoint his fans who want to hear pop genre tracks from him, after two years of hiatus he arrives with a new album. Popularly known as Bombay Vikings, this album will be an original piece unlike his previous remixed compilations. His western style of singing has caught everyone’s ears and this album will also bring some western genre of music. Sridhar confirms that the music lovers will get a treat of some authentic R&B.

At present the work on the album is on and three songs are ready. Neeraj will include a new version of ‘Hare Krishna hare ram’. Other than this the album will feature eight original tracks along with a couple of songs remixed by the artist. “I took a lot of criticism with my remixes and I refuse to take it any further. I have already written lyrics for three songs and started recording them. I always wanted to experiment with ‘hare krishna hare ram’ with good rap and fusion. This is the album where I get a chance to do it,” he says.
