On the eve of 75th birth anniversary of Anjaan, his son Sameer, a popular lyricist of today will commemorate an event in honour of him. The event will be held to celebrate Anjaan's 25 years of journey in films. Anjaan has made a journey through 500 films and 3,250 songs in his career span. Also along with that A biography based on the life of Sameer, titled Sameer- A Way With Words written by eminent writer Derek Bose and Safarnama written by Arun Kumar Shastri will be released by Amitabh Bachchan. The event will also showcase a musical performance by Jeevangani. The function will be held in Bhaidas Hall, Vile Parle on October 28.
