The title of 'Gudumba Shankar' is confirmed for Pawan Kalyan's film in the direction of Veera Shankar. The shooting of this film is currently going on in Vikarabad which is around 88 Kilometers away from Hyderabad. 50% of shooting is completed.

According to close sources, there would be six songs in the film and two would be shot in foreign locales. Meera Jasmine is paired up Pawan Kalyan in this film. Asish Vidyardhi, Sayaji Shinde, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Brahmanandam play other roles.

Satyanand provides the dialogues. Mani Sharma scores music. Chota K Naidu handles camera. Alan Amin and Stun Siva compose action sequences. Aditya music grabbed audio rights of this film. 'Gudumba Shankar' is all set for July 2004 release.

While things in the kid brothers compound stand this way, the big brother is no different. According to sources, the Megastar's Shankar Dada MBBS will also release around the same date. This would be second time that the brothers movies release around the same date. The previous occasion was during 'Chudalani Vundi' and 'Thammudu'.
