With Bose being a box-office hit and Adhu generating lot of expectation after receiving critical acclaim, Sneha is elated about her successful tenure in film industry. After creating ripples in Tamil cinema, she is all geared up to mark her stamp in the Telugu film industry. Even though she has done few Telugu films before, her interest levels were more inclined towards Kollywood. But now after creating an identity in the latter, she has been signed in Sankranthi opposite Venkatesh which is a remake of the hit Tamil film Anandam which incidentally gave Sneha recognition among the Tamil audiences. In the Telugu remake, she dons the role that Devyani played in the original.
But it seems the steamy glamour in Telugu film industry won’t rub on her. “Even if I am doing Telugu films, I will not expose as I am personally against it. My parents and fans too will not like to see me doing such scenes. Maybe for other actresses, glamour is an essential part of acting but I am content playing non-glamour roles,” stated the actress.
On her recent birthday, she styled a different autograph, this time a benevolent pledge to donate her eyes.
