Meera Jasmine had filed complaint against her parents and sisters for embezzling her money. But in Amisha Patel's case, the incidents were even more dramatic.

Amisha's troubles with her family happened a few months ago. Like most other actresses, she was the hen that laid golden eggs. She was also responsible for getting her younger brother his break in films. But when the feud erupted, her bother sided up with the parents. 

There were always rumors that she was pretty close to Vikram Bhatt. Amisha's parents weren't happy about it. They tried to get her married away to an NRI, but Amisha refused. When she returned from one of her trips abroad, she found to her surprise that all her cupboard locks had been changed and there was no money at all in her joint account!

She then broke the locks, took whatever was left in her cupboards and left the house. When her manager tried to stop her parents from cleaning up her account, they had reportedly told him that "it was the fee she owed them for raising her". Amisha went to the police and filed a complaint and case against her parents. Now, the case is in the court.
