Kutti Radhika faces a ban in Tamil films for participating in a Kannada film function. 

Karnataka government had reduced the entertainment taxes on Tamil films from 70% to 40% recently. This was not well received by the Kannada film industry. to show their protest, the film industry and members of various Kannada film related associations conducted a rally and meetings. 

Kutti Radhika had attended some of the meetings.

When Tamil film industry associations came to know about this, they were not so happy with it. They are now seriously considering banning her from Tamil films. Even otherwise Kutti Radhika doesn't have many films with her. But, she has given a formal apology and said, "I'm a member of the Karnataka film association too, so, I had to attend the meeting. But, Tamil film industry is something I respect."
