'Shankardada MBBS' has successfully crossed the biggest hurdle in its way to the theatres.

A case was filed against the film's producers by an investor demanding that the producers pay the dues. There were talks that the case will lead to another postponement of the film's release. 

But the court as returned a surprise verdict in the case. The Judge decided that defendants named in the case were not the producers of the film. So the case loses its grounds. Ravishaknar Prasad and Manohar Prasad were the defendants in the suit.

The film has also cleared the Censor Board. None of the punchy dialogues and glamour elements was removed. On the 15th of this moth, the film hits the theatres.
