A few days ago, Malavika had filed a complaint with the Telugu Actors' Guild that her co-star in 'Apparao Driving School', Rajendra Prasad had misbehaved with her during the shooting of the film.

There are many who believe that the whole charade was enacted to bring in some free publicity for the film. But, Rajendra Prasad says, "The director had wanted some more intimacy in those scenes."

That was the reason why he had given her the unexpected kiss on her lips. Shocked and angered, Malavika walked out of the sets.
 
"I have been in the industry for 26 years now. Almost all the heroines in the South have acted with me. Never once did they bring such a complaint against me. When the scene was being shot, there were so many people on the sets. The director has asked us to be a little more intimate with each other in that scene. It is true that my lips brushed against hers in that scene. I even apologized for it. But, she went on to make such an issue about it!" Rajendra Prasad said.
 
Well, the film has been sold for very good price. Nobody is complaining now.
