There was a time when Namitha used to charge anything between Rs 15-20 lakhs. And the price used to increase with the increase in glamour. Nowadays, Namitha has relaxed her prices very much.

Namitha is convinced that her biggest competition right now is Reema Sen. And, Reema Sen doesn't have any qualms about reducing her prices. She is trying to make as much as possible as long as her career lasts. Now, Namitha too has brought her prices down. Presently she commands around Rs 10 Lakhs per film with a 'price negotiable' clause.
