Sonali Bendre is soon going to make her debut in theatre-plays.

Shabana Azmi seems to be the role model for Sonali Bendre in her decision to shift her focus to stage-plays. She is going to act with Farouk Sheik's new play named 'Aapki Sonia'. This is a sequel to the hugely successful 'Tumhari Amritha'.

Shabana Azmi herself is very anxious for the performance to begin. She said, "I have heard a lot of good things about Sonali's performance in the play."
 
The play opens on the 28th of this month in Mumbai.
