Ravali who featured in successful films like 'Pelli Sandadi','Subhakankshalu' but later fizzled out mainly due to her over growing body weight has promised her fans, if there are any left, to begin a new innings in her cinema life.
"I always wanted to be closer to the people who have brought me to stage where I am now. That's why I moved over to Hyderabad now from Vijayawada. From now on I will try as hard as I can to make my presence felt in the industry."
She is right about this as it was known that she gave a huge party to producers and directors on the occasion of her birthday on February 28th. She is now making the right moves to get back with a bang into the industry.
When asked if she did not consider mega serials as an option, she said, "That's true. TV is now as popular as cinema itself. But before venturing into that, I would like to first try my hand at feature films. Serials are always an option. I have a lot of them waiting to cast me in their serials."
Why does she feel so confident that she could make it big in films after such a long break? "Look, right now you don't see too many Telugu heroines in movies. Almost all of them are imports from Mumbai, who may ditch Tollywood anytime if they are offered a chance in Bollywood. That's why I see a lot of directors are now looking for Telugu girls in their movies. I believe that the audience will accept Telugu girls with the same reception that they give for heroines from North."
Looks like Ravali will not accept an offer from Bollywood. Let's see.
