SJ Surya is planning to make yet another film with him in the lead.

Though 'Nani' didn't do all that well in Telugu, the Tamil version 'New' is doing fabulous business all over Tamilnadu. Inspired by the success of the film and inspired by the title of the film 'Girlfriend', SJ Surya has launched a new film titled 'Boyfriend'.   The film is going to star him in the lead role. None of the others of the cast has been decided yet. He has announced that he is going to repeat AR Rehman in the film.

Additional news- SJ Surya's house was raided by the Income Tax officials soon after the release of 'New'.
