Legendary N. T. Rama Rao made his special mark with his memorable roles in mythological films, especially as Lord Krishna. His grandson, NTR Jr, bearing a striking resemblance to the pioneering star-politician, could not be more different  The latter, in fact, looks for stories with a difference.

NTR Jr, talking of his "dream role" in 'Samba' (being directed by Vinayak), says that he accepted the part only because of an "exciting twist" in the script.

He has also signed up for a film by producer Changal Venkat Rao after listening to an "exciting script" by Vajayendra Prasad,
