Nobody knows what happened to Ramba in Mumbai. She had come back to Chennai just like a ball thrown at the wall.

During her stay in Mumbai, just one good thing had happened to her. That is, she was able to get a chance in a Hindi movie with her friend Govinda.

Earlier, she tried to sell her house in Saligramam in Chennai. Since she had returned from Mumbai, this effort is stopped now. Another reason is she could not get the expected price for her house.

When anybody asks her, why you are not seen acting in any Tamil film of late? She answers nonchalantly,  "I had acted in an dance sequence in 'Azhagiya Theeye' and also  in 'Chatrapathy'". She claims this with 'pride' in her voice.

"Now you are going to act in TV, right?

She shook her head in negative as an answer, and go on adding, 'things didn't reach that bad as yet', "I am going to act in a Telugu movie but I will never produce a movie again.". Once bitten, twice shy!
The reason for her not having any chances in Tamil is most hilarious, "I didn't get any character role".
