The next film of 'Madurey' Vijay is 'Thiruppatchi'. Trisha the beauty, having six feet 'Arrival' for her 'company', is certainly a 'lethal' combination.

When somebody ask Vijay whether this movie is promoting violence, he just spills out about his character in the movie as a way of explaining things and clearing the air of doubt. "I won't even dream of acting in such movies, In this movie I am acting as an ordinary worker in a workshop. "I would give even my life to people who has love and affection for me, but if anybody comes with enmity in their heart and a desire to hurt me, I will take their life instead". This is my character in this movie.

The director of 'Thiruppachi' is Perarasu. He worked with the director Dharani as assistant. So we can definitely expect the 'fast pace and fury' from him also.

Vijay indulged in more comedy scenes in this movie than that of 'Gilli'. Since, from 'world superstar' Jackie Chan to 'local Super star' Rajini have acted in comedy oriented action movies, and tasted big success, Vijay also journeying into the same route.

When asked whether, he would act different 'Get up' has an immediate one linier as answer "for Tamilnadu, one Vikram is enough. Let me confine myself in Dance, Songs and Action mixed movies only". He is the one who knows his limitations that is why he is hesitating to indulge in experiments!
