Trouble again for Rajini! Though his latest venture 'Chandramukhi' had crossed many hurdles already, it is in trouble again. The banner of revolt is being raised by none other than Mohanlal, Superstar of Malayalam film Industry.

P.Vasu has been claiming that the story of 'Chandramukhi' is his own. But the fact remains that this story is adopted from the Malayalam film 'Manichitrathazh' and everybody know about this. The producer of 'Chandramukhi' Ramkumar said in an interview, that they have the rights of the Malayalam movie. So every thing went well smoothly to the point of beginning of shooting.

Suddenly, Mohanlal is announcing that "he has the rights of the said film, so the 'Chandramukhi' should not be continued".

'Chandramukhi' team didn't expect this and was taken off guard. But they continue to maintain their original claim that "This story is original and it owns the story".

One can really know the truth whether 'Chandramukhi' is original or adopted version of Malayalam movie, only after the release of 'Chandramukhi'.
