Madhavan has been busy acting in other language films like Ramji ‘Londonwala’ – Hindi (Remake of ‘Nala Damayandhi’) and in‘Nothing but life’-English. Now he is coming back to Tamil and acting in a movie called ‘Thambhi’.

‘Seeman’ is directing this movie. But there was a rumor that the director was not Seeman but Seema! This turned out to be a rumor only. Madhavan was very much impressed with the story of ‘Thambi’. So he declined the offers to act in other movies andconsented to act in Thambhi.

In Thambhi, Madhavan is going to act in a character which is supposed to be very different from other character in his previous films.

Director Seeman asked Madhavan to let his hair grow very much to fit the character. Madhavan have took this suggestion to his head!.

For the time being, Madhavan is acting only is this movie. He says that he is not going to act in too many films at the same time. After Thambhi, he may act in Fazil’s film, is the latest information.
