Having a brother is a big boost for anybody. But, when it comes to Bala, Surya and Singampuli, the story is different. 

Bala calls Surya and Sungampuli as his younger brothers. Bala considers himself as the elder brother of the two. When 'Chennaiyil Oru Mazhaikaalam' was dropped, both Surya and Jyothika were confused as to what to do next. That was when Bala announced 'Mayavi' with Surya in the lead. If one brother Surya was acting in the film, his other brother Singampuli was the director! Singampuli has the notorious flop 'Red' to his credit. But this film is a blessing in disguise. 

The film's shooting is on at a fast pace. Though Bala is the official producer, C Venu of 'Chinnavar' and 'Oru Ooril Oru Rajakumari' is the one who is actually pouring his money into the project. 

Bala participates in the shooting of the film. His humorous interaction with his 'brothers' Surya and Singampuli have livened up the whole unit.

There are talks that Surya and Jyothika will get married to each other before the end of this film. Is it true, Bala?
