We listen to music for relaxing. What does music director Vidhyasagar do to relax after a busy day?

Vidhyasagar is one of the busiest music composers in South Indian films these days. How does he relax?

"Silence is my best relaxation technique. Throughout the day I keep listening to various sounds and tunes during recording and composing. So, I have begun to love silence. I hate even the tiniest of sounds at home.

"I believe in God. At night, I simply lie on the terrace looking at the stars," he continues.

"If you ask me, each and every star, rain-cloud and stroke of breeze is a Bodhi tree," he said.

Here is a music composer who talks like a poet!
