Many films were launched in a hurry based on her life. Producer K Rajan went one step ahead. He didn't want to waste time finding directors and technicians, so he announced a new film with himself as the director and called a press conference to publicize his film. 

Alerted, Jayalakshmi has made an announcement through her lawyer that she must be paid Rs 40 lakhs if producers want to make films based on her life. when the producer heard about it, he took an abrupt U turn and said that he had no intentions of making a film on her. 

What happens to the film then? It might be released when Jayalakshmi scandal is forgotten.
