Simran has done it! She had announced that if she was ever going to act in films, it would be with her husband as the hero.

Jai Akash is not going to be acting with Simran in ‘Kichcha Vayasu 16’. It is going to be her beloved husband Deepak.

Simran plays a school headmistress. Kichcha (Manikandan) is a student of the school and he has a crush on her.

The film is being shot at Buthapandi, Muttam and Aralvaimozhi.

Deepak is the man Simran is supposed to get married to in the film. For a while the film was stagnating because the producer had run out of finances.

After Deepak’s entry, the film has started happening again. The director is now looking for a new location near Thiruvannamalai.

Simran had been almost confirmed for Rajini’s new film too. Is she going to insist that her husband be given a role in that film too?

We’ll have to wait to find out.
