‘Shock’ had got the blood flowing in Thyagarajan’s veins again. Inspired by the success of the film, he has launched three new ones. After ‘Adaikalam’ and ‘Arun Weds Harini’, he is all set to produce/direct another film named ‘Police’. 

‘Police’ is going to be the Tamil remake of the Hindi film ‘Khaki’, which was directed by Rajkumar Santhoshi. The Hindi version had Amitabh, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgan. Thyagarajan wants Amitabh to do his role in Tamil too. 

If Amitabh says No, Thyagarajan has a superstar in mind. This star belongs to the range of Kamalhasan. He even has the uniform ready for the star. 

Ajay Devgan had played a negative role in the film, Prashant is eager to play that role. Prashant deserves appreciation for being ready to do even a negative role amidst heroes who are willing to do only heroic ones. 

Let’s hope that this ‘Police’ is immune to the pirated VCD named Jayalakshmi.
