Ilayaraaja is becoming busy again. He has half a dozen new films including ‘Koodal Nagar, ‘Vishwa Tulasi and Kasturiraaja’s new film. He also has ‘Vil’ now. 

The film has Vignesh in the lead. He tried to do something different with ‘Suri’ by tonsuring his head and hamming as a psychopath. This time, he plays a normal human being. The film also has two other heroes, all newcomers.

Each of the heroes has a heroine- again newcomers. The film also has Vasu, Vikram, Vaiyapuri, Priyanka, Shialu, Ajay Rathnam and others.

Ilayaraaja’s music is the film’s biggest attraction. Cinematography- KP Ahmed, lyrics- Pa Vijay, Pulamaipittan, art- Chandran, stunt- Anbuchandran, Editing- Peter Pappaiah.

SL Valaiyapathy, who was driven out of Kollywood after ‘Manju Virattu’, is directing this film.
