Santosh Sathya sure has made an impressive debut as a director! His first film, 'Aakashatolam' has Rajiv Menon in the lead. The rest of the cast is pretty impressive too. 

Parthiban had already signed up for the film. Bhanupriya has been brought in as his co-star in the film. Bhanupriya was last seen in 'Mannjupole Oru Pennkutty'. Others in the film include Nadumudi Venu, Gopika, Murali, Sai Kumar, Srividya, Cochin Hanifa, Salim Kumar, Indrans and others.

KV Kaladharan, Tobias and Shoja Arvind are producing the film for Malavika Films. But when exactly are they going to star shooting the film?
