Malluwood young rage Prithviraj is all set to don the mantle of a director for two of his forthcoming releases.

The actor who had played a director in a recent flick ‘Vellithirai’, the Tamil remake of Malayalam hit ‘Udhayananu Tharam’, is all game for the role. Although ‘Vellithirai’ proved to be a moderate success, Prithviraj is eyeing success with his next two Malayalam films.

The first of the two is a film with Renjith titled ‘Thirakkatha’. This film is currently on a roll and will star the young actor in a director’s role. Next is a film called ‘The Reel’ which will once again see him in a similar role. Sundardas will direct this film.

For Prithviraj, who plans to take up direction at some point in his career, this will be like living his dream, on reels of course.
