Director Bala has found the much-coveted actress to play the lead in his forthcoming film ‘Naan Kadavul’. He has been hunting for a right replacement after the ouster of Bhavana. Bala while surfing the channels discovered the face who will play the lead in his new venture. Bala feels that Parvathi is the right choice for the role.

Parvathi shot to fame with her debut film ‘Notebook’. This young actress has also made her presence felt in the big Vishu hit Sathyan Anthikad's ‘Vinodayatra’. Her kitty is full with offers and ‘Naan Kadavul’ would surely be a film of a lifetime for her. She has been approached to act in this Tamil film that has Ajith opposite her. She is presently shooting for Kannada film ‘Milano’ with Puneeth Rajkumar. She is thrilled about her new film offer and says, “Bala sir is one of the finest directors in Tamil cinema. I have seen his films and I think it will be a perfect launch pad for me in Tamil.”
