While a bevy of Malayalee heroines like Asin, Meera Jasmine, Nayantara and scores of others are trying to find a place in Kollywood and Tollywood, actress Padmapriya is having good time at home with many promising offers coming her way. She is leaving no stone unturned to make it big in Malluwood in the absence of her counterparts.

Padmapriya is once again going to act with Mohanlal in a new film titled ‘Alibhai’ after acting together in hit film ‘Vadakkumnaathan’. Anwar Rasheed, who worked with Padmapriya in mega hit ‘Raajamanikyam’ is going to direct this film. It is slated for release early next year.

Meanwhile, her other film titled ‘Bhargava Charitham’ is set to hit the theatres this Onam. She acts opposite megastar Mammootty in this much talked-about film directed by Joemon.
