Ramgopal Varma has launched his new film 'Sarkar', which is inspired by the Hollywood classic 'Godfather'.

Ramgopal Varma is soon going to star working on his new film 'Sarkar' with the Bachchans in the lead. Both Amitabh and his son Abhishek Bachchan star in the film. There are rumors that Ramgopal's new film 'Naach' starring Abhishek and Antara Mali is actually a remake of his previous superhit 'Rangeela'. But he is not deterred by it.

Amitabh Bachchan has a makeup and mannerisms that seem to be inspired from Shiv Sena's Bal Thackeray. Amitabh too wears tulsi beads and a rudhraksh chain in the film. Even the dresses are very similar to the political leader. There are some who believe that the film is based on the Thackeray family too.
