‘Marigold’ actress Ali Larter, apart from taking adulation and memories back home, is also carrying a special gift exclusively from Salman Khan. She wanted a bridal dress that she wore in ‘Marigold’ but director Willard Carroll didn’t give his consent. She fell in love with an exquisitely embroidered wedding lehenga designed by Rocky S that she wore in the film and wanted it desperately but the director was not ready to part with it. This is an important film for Willard’s and he doesn’t want to part with anything from the film. But her wish turned true when Salman commissioned a new dress for her. When Salman came to know of it, he decided to gift just such a dress to her. He got an exact replica of the dress made for her and needless to say she was very happy with the gesture. He’ll hand over the dress to her when she’ll be in India for the release of the film, which will hit the theatres this Friday August 17.
