Yesteryear actress Leena Chandvarkar is all set to face the arclights once again. She has been offered a film by none other than Rajkumar Santoshi himself. Talking about the role, an excited Chandvarkar says, "Santoshi had offered me a film six months ago. I don't know the films name. The only thing I know is that I have been paired opposite Amitabh Bahchchan. It could be Ranveer. I did not ask Santoshi anything about the film. I just verbally agreed to do it. I have been a great fan of Santoshi and have watched all his films. I even saw Khakee. I just loved the way he has handled all the characters giving each star their footage." Chandavarkar added, "Sumeet has grown up. That leaves me with a lot of time. So I thought why not take up acting again. I'm looking out for mother roles. But not the kind that would just have me standing like an extra. I'm looking out for meaty roles." Leena also plans to cut an album of old Hindi film songs rendered by the late Kishore Kumar.
