Patna, June 24 (IANS) A Bihar Police team will go to Mumbai to arrest Bollywood actor Sunny Deol in a cheating case.

This decision was taken following rejection of his anticipatory bail application by the Vaishali district and sessions court on the ground that there was "substantial evidence" against the actor.

Sunny has been charged with failing to return Rs.2 million he had taken against the distribution rights for a movie.

Vaishali Superintendent of Police H.N. Deva said a police team would go to Mumbai and seek the help of local police in arresting Sunny.

"Our team will bring him to Hajipur, the district headquarters of Vaishali," said Deva.

Sunny is likely to file a bail plea in the Patna High Court.
