Meghna Gulzar, daughter of lyricist Gulzar makes her directorial debut with this women oriented movie. Written by her father Gulzar all the tracks in the album are of high poetical quality. Underrated musical talent Anu Malk dresses it up with a befitting musical tunes. Actor/singer Palash Sen gets to sing one solo and one duet in this. Among the seven musical gems the title track ‘Filhaal’, ‘Waqt Ka Saaya’ and ‘Dil Ke Sannate’ haunts you the most with its poignant poetry and melodious music.
