Murali Mohan Rao’s Aftab, Ameesha starrer is the only movie in the bollywood movie history that has no live happily ever after ending. Sajid –Wajid adorns this unusual love story with a heart warming musical numbers. ‘Meri Tarah Tum Bhi Kabhi’, ‘Dil Pe Chhane Laga Hai’, ‘Pehli Pehli Baar Hai’ and ‘Deewana Mujhe Kehta Hai’ are magnificent musical compositions. Lyrics of Jalees-Rashid and Ajay Jhingran add to the emotional quotient of the movie. Beauty of the songs is magnified by an equally wonderful picturisation.
