Directed by Yogesh Ishwar the film is a remake of a Telugu hit Sivaiyya starring Sunil Shetty, Sushmita Sen and Suman Ranganathan. Anu Malik composes the music and strikes a balance between good and average. Check out the tracks ‘Man Tera Mera Man’ and ‘Dosti’, which are the best from the lot.
