Cameraman Nataraj alias Nutty arrives as an action hero with ‘Chakravyuham’. Production house Shree Ashtavinayak for which Nutty handles the excellent camerawork has made this film which has him as the hero. But the downside is that he lacks screen presence and for the audience this film turns a non-entertainer. Director Udayabhanu Maheswaran's has made a decent thriller with ‘Chakravyuham’. The film is based on an 80's Hindi film.

Sandhya (Daisy Bopanna) is a BPO worker. She lives with her 10-year-old nephew. Call Taxi driver Kanna (Nataraj) ferry her to and from to the office. Soon love develops between them. Sandhya's brother, an Income Tax officer and a racketeer get murdered in Kolkatta. She upon going there discovers that two goons are after her. They are seeking the money that her brother stole during a tax raid. But here cop (Jayasurya) helps her. Kanna also joins them. She soon finds herself in a web of conspiracy, murder and greed.

The camera work of Dwaraknath is prasiewrothy. He beautifully brings out the ugliness of Kolkatta's underbelly. The racy narration of Udayabhanu also keeps you on the edge. Karthik Raja's music is noting much to look forward to.

Daisy and Nataraj’s chemistry doesn’t work. Nataraj looks unskilled for the craft.
