After the decimal musical performance of their last movie ‘Foot path’ Bhatts have come up with a new musical combination. This time they hope to bring back the kind of music their movies once had. With the talented lyricist and music director team Rahat Indori and Anu Malik it does not seem like an impossible task.

Shreya Ghosal and Udit Narayan kick start this album with a beautiful romantic melody ‘Humsafar Chahiye’. It sets the mood of the album. Both the singers impress with their marvelous rendition. This song featured in the film’s promotion has already created much hype in the music market.

Next one is a poetic beauty from the genius lyricist Rahat Indori. Sonu Nigam and Shreya Ghosal lend their voice to this ingenious musical track ‘Dhalne Lagi Hai Raat’.  It is definitely a Sonu Nigam track. He overshadows Shreya with his hearty rendition. This one has two versions. All of them are in the voice of Sonu Nigam.

Another classic from Sonu Nigam. That is what we call the next song ‘Ab Humse Akele Raha Na Jaaye’. Once again Shreya is pitted against Sonu and he comes out winner. Praveen Bharadwaj pens this beautiful song. Prelude of the song is very catchy. On the whole this is a nice and likable love track.

‘Deewana Dil’ is a usual situational number. This ordinary track is a misfit in this great musical feast. Shreya Ghosal renders this one. Dev Kohli is the lyricist. This is one of the forgettable numbers.

Shaan and Shreya give this album a rocking end with their foot tapping number ‘Yun Hi Dil Ko Agar’. Shaan with his romantic voice takes this song to new heights. Shreya compliments him well.

On the whole Bhatt’s new musical team deliver what is expected of them. After a long time a nice and fresh soundtrack from Bhatts.
