The story is about a gang of five who toy with all illegal crimes. The caper unfolds with Seshadri (Dharamendra), offered a proposal of making a fortune within four days. All the gang members vie for this deal as it can hurl them into the bigger league.

The youngest one of the gang, Vikram (Neil Mukesh) strategize to elope to a different place with his sweetheart Mini (Rimi Sen) and start a new life. But a demoniac plan crosses his mind when he postpones his plan to getaway. Greed encumbers his mind and he hankers to win the entire jackpot. His sole strategy is to hoodwink his partners. But as he delves deep into his nefarious scheme, he realizes that the bet is hazardous and that he has to topple over the dead bodies of his partners to attain the prize.
