The story spins around the lives of four buddies- Pakkya (Sharman Joshi), Maru (Rajpal Yadav), Sam (Tusshar Kapoor) and Goti (Kunal Khemu) who are easygoing souls with no cause in life. They are brought together by their unsavory reputation and lack of purpose in life. All the four guys want to make it big sans labor and always try to figure out ways to bank in quick cash. But all their miscellaneous escapades meet with failures and they try to take some grave step to put an end to all their troubles.

For them the only way to end all their miseries is to hook an affluent girl. Much to their surprise a wealthy girl Kanchan (Tanushree Dutta) arrives in their locality. All the four guys set out with their individual strategies to woo her only to come across a hair-raising truth.

All these events lead to highly comic situations entwined with suspense, crime, murder and thrill.
