Nagaram is basically a film evoking awareness about environmental pollution. It brings out the plight of dwellers on the city outskirts, who are forced to live amidst the waste produced by the city. The film shows how the undisciplined city life adversely affects the disciplined life of a village.

Message - To keep the city clean doesn't mean to dump the waste in the out skirts or a near by village, there by making the lives of people there unbearable.

This is a strong and immediately relevant issue in the society. Nagaram comes to the theatres from 22nd onwards. Though the message conveyed through this film should be most effective, its effect at the box office is yet to be known.
