This is a poignant tale of a forlorn, deserted lover Shivam (Emraan Hashmi) who in order to flee from the phantom of his appalling history bids his entire life in the service of his hooligan boss Malik (Ashutosh Rana) who owns a chain of hotels in Hong Kong.

Malik once assigns Shivam to carry out a very odd job, that of spying on his mistress Reema (Mrinalini Sharma) while he is away for some work. Reema is a young Pakistani girl who was traded into flesh market by Malik.

Malik clearly orders Shivam to do away with her if she happens to double-cross him. From the very first time Shivam casts his eye on her, pages from his tragic past begins to resurrect and he remembers how he bungled to salt away his love from her disastrous end.

But incidentally one night Shivam unearths the truth that Reema has a secret paramour with whom she is planning to elope. Does Shivam carry out Malik’s guidelines to slay Reema or is he daring enough to face Malik’s fury by going against him forms the rest of the tale. Does he gets salvation or continues to dwell in the tart reminiscences of his dire past forms the pedestal of this tear-jerking tale.
