A high profile diamond robbery jilts India. Rocky (Chunky Pandey) a noted criminal and nephew of London based mafia Chowksi (Gulshan Grover), accomplishes the theft. Chowksi instructs Rocky to sell the diamond to his Dubai settled brother, Lalwani (Asrani) who deals in smuggled precious gems and jewels. Chowksi also warns Rocky to keep at arm’s length from guns and gambling, which is Rocky’s acute weakness.

While in Dubai, Moscow Chikna (Arbaaz Khan), a local don, has made life miserable for Choubey (Paresh Rawal), who fails to return his money on time. Choubey is the owner of a junk shop facing monetary crisis. He somehow learns about the diamond robbery and International mafia Chowksi’s involvement in the case. Moscow Chikna, who is keen in getting the diamond, sets Choubey to do the crime after which he would forgive the lent money. Choubey sets out for the task with the help of a sly thief Raja (Shahid Kapoor) and his niece Tina (Ayesha Takia).

Luckee (Viveik Oberoi) and Bob (Suresh Menon) are the owners of a teensy video and game parlor in Dubai. They also promote new boxers, who contests in the illegal matches, for few extra bucks.

J.D (Zakir Hussain) another big name in the mafia world is the key runner behind all unlawful fights and betting. He also traps innocent girls from India promising them with a lucrative career in Dubai and later forcing them to become dance girls in his nightclubs. One such girl is Payal (Sameera Reddy) whom J.D likes a lot. But she succeeds to elope from there. Disheartened, J.D sends his men to bring her back.

J.D’s men trail her to a market place where she meets Bhabhi (Sharmila Tagore) and Bhaiya (Om Puri). Seeing her being dragged away by the goons, Bhaiyya at once sends for his younger brother Munna (Sunny Deol) who knocks out all the goons and eventually frees her from J.D’s captive bonds. Payal ultimately falls in love with Munna. Munna is the owner of a garage. He is a very strong man who can set things straight with his fist power. Because of his potency, he is approached by Luckee to contest for the fight.

Bhabhi who had lost her son in a road accident two years back is unable to accept the truth of her son’s death. Munna discovers Raja, who is a look alike of his dead nephew and offers to pay him a handsome amount if he pretends to be her son. Raja who is already a felon agrees to go ahead with it.

In the mean time, Raja is also working out on the robbery with Tina and Choubey. Together they hire Pattu (Johny Lever), a skilled driver to help them flee after the theft.

When Rocky arrives in Dubai, he gets in touch with Moscow Chikna to buy guns. Moscow Chikna, aware of Rocky’s true identity, offers him not to pay for the guns but instead bet on his behalf at J.D’s gamblers. Moscow then asks Choubey to nab Rocky outside the Casino. 

Outside the bookies when they do not get hold of anything they plan to rob the bookies. They come out empty handed but are overjoyed to find Rocky there. At once they abduct him and take him to Choubey’s junk store where Moscow Chikna kills Rocky and takes away the diamond leaving the dead body behind.

In the mean time, J.D learns that some men tried to rob his bookies. He comes to Choubey’s store and discovers that it was Rocky who was carrying the diamonds. He agrees to spare Raja and gang only if they fetch the diamond for him.

Chowksi who flies all the way to Dubai to find Rocky hires G9 (Jackie Shroff) to track him out. It is here that all things culminate to evoke a pandemonium of chaos and humor. With all them caught up in the diamond hunt, the story takes an uproarious twirl.
