The script of this low profile film runs as such — Bhau Patil (Sanjeeva Dabholkar) and Badshah Khan (Moin Khan) are rival mafias who can go to any extent to do away with each other. Badshah Khan has four sons, Bandhu (Raj Hussain), Tatya (Bobby Khan), Akki (Qumar Khan), and Bholu (Nikhil Mhatre) who hardly miss any scope to harm Bhau Patil.

Tatya is in love with his college pal, Jyoti (Priya). One day Patil’s sharp shooters fire at Khan’s sons in which Tatya gets wounded. He is instantaneously hurried to the hospital where Jyoti awaits for him. Meanwhile, the other three brothers go out hunting for Patil and avenge for their brother’s plight. But Patil sends his goons to the hospital and kills Tatya and Jyoti. The brothers manage to find Patil but he flees away before they can reach him. While fleeing, Patil bumps on two cops, ACP Khan (Om Puri) and Inspector Waghmare (Govind Namdev) who shoot him right away. The three brothers are also killed in the same encounter.
