'Delhii Heights' is an ensemble of combination of stories from Delhi. Delhii Heights as the name of the film goes by is a high-rise apartment in the city where 3 couples, a mystery man and a bunch of youngsters dwell. Directed by Anand Kumar, the film also has Rabbi Shergill as the composer and lyricist.

Abi (Jimmy Shergill) and Suhana (Neha Dhupia) have recently married. They are successful in their professional lives and live together in happiness. The only problem that beams among them is that they work for rival companies. In between their healthy marital relationship this professional discontentment does arise problems sometimes. Their story follows as they overcome the challenged and try to sort it out.

Bobby (Rohit Roy) and Saima (Simone Singh) are another couple living in the same building. Over the top they seem like two beautiful people in love but the problem begins only after they go behind the doors. The problem arises because Bobby is a compulsive flirt and Saima who has been patiently taking it all this while cannot take it any longer. She tries to make the relationship work and bring a change in his attitude and responsibility towards her and comes up with a solution to the problem.

Timmy Kohli (Om Puri) and Ruby (Kamini Khanna) are older couple in the building but they are also not without their share of problem in relationship. They’ve always lived a happy life together and have enjoyed themselves to the film. But now Timmy cannot overcome the thoughts of his own 2 daughters. He is unable to accept the fact that they have grown up and can maketheir own decisions and live independently.

Other people of the apartment are a fun loving cricket bookie Lucky (Vivek Shauq) and a bunch of four boys. All just have one mantra in life - Boys Just Wanna Have Some Fun!
