Audio Review : Lee - Music to appeal the mass!

Cast: Sibiraj, Nila, Prakash Raj
Music: Imman D
Singers: Sayanora Philip, Kay Kay,Shalini Singh, Madhushree, Naresh Iyer, Bhargavi, Kailash Kher

‘Lee’ has music done by Imman, who is quite adept in synthesizing different musical essences. He has got a clear-cut idea about what the cinemagoers take pleasure in and he serves them their kind of music without compromising on quality. He also shows great agility in his choice of artistes. In ‘Lee’ he comes up with an interesting spread of tracks. He skips no chance to entertain the audience with his music in this flick.

The opening track for the album is ‘Ada Naan Orumadhirida’. As the very title suggests, this is a lewd number that basically caters to frontbenchers. Sayonara Phillip warbles out this track in full zest. Immam gives full reign to his orchestration. The overall impact of this track is full heartiness and gusto.

Next on line is ‘Jelina O Jelina’. This track is hummed by KK and Shalini Singh. This is a fun-filled number that gets you dancing. This track is designed so as to compliment the circumstances.

Follows another standard Imman track. The orchestration of ‘Rock N Roll Thandora Thondakari’ is loud in some parts but nevertheless it peps you up. Bhargavi does full justice to the number.

Next trails ‘Oru Kalavani Payalai Naan Kadhal’ which is light on tempo. Upcoming Naresh Iyer’s voice perfectly compliments this romantic melody. Madhushree pours out in her sweet, syrupy voice. This track has a very refreshing feel that tranquilizes the mind.

‘Yaaru Yaaru Netru Saathichathu’ has Kailash Kher lending his voice. Although his pronunciation is bit devious, his voice succeeds to convey the right mood and feel of the song.

Imman succeeds to offer a soundtrack that appeals to the masses. On the whole a decent album!
