Johny (Sanjay Dutt) and Jimmy (Saif Ali Khan) are crooks making their living by stealing. Johny is obsessed about robbing expensive watches from showrooms during the day. Jimmy prefers robbing mansions at night. Both hate each other but end up in the jail for the crime. One day outside a bar they come across Guptaji (Avtar Gill) who has been murdered by villains (Shakti Kapoor, Mukesh Rishi, Aasif Sheikh and Shiva). At the time of dying he says the last words ‘Roxy Hotel, accounts department’ to Johny and Jimmy. Both of them land up at the hotel and get employed as stewards after fooling Balram (Shakti Kapoor) with their false stories.

Pooja (Bipasha Basu) is Balram’s niece and she along with her friend Kim (Kim Sharma) plan to start a hotel in Mauritius and tell Balram to set out the Goa property. Balram had already schemed his plans and seized the money with the help of Mukesh Rishi, Aasif Sheikh and Shiva and hidden it in Mauritius. Johny and Jimmy learn Balram’s plan and demand their share from the money. Mukesh Rishi, Aasif Sheikh and Shiva plan to kill Balram and grab the booty themselves. Johny and Jimmy go to Mauritius but here Balram has already been murdered. They are left with no clue, as only Balram knew where he had hidden the money. Mukesh Rishi, Aasif Sheikh and Shiva take the body of Balram to a tantrik (Supriya Karnik), who says that the dead body of Balram will only react to a Mauritian song. How the dead body leads them to the booty forms the crux of the film.
