Director Sangeeth Sivan after striking the comic chord with 'Kya Kool Hain Hum' attempts his next comic caper 'Apna Sapna Money Money' on the same line. Only this time is promises to be more hilarious!

This tentatively titled film narrates the story of each character who are running after money. All the characters - a mechanic, a conman, a club dancer, an honest cop, an obsessed father and his daughter, a tabela owner, a ruthless gangster, a deadly don and his moll dream about only money. With the twists and turns of events their fate brings them together, with all of them eyeing the single goal of wealth, diamonds worth crores that are hidden somewhere. While some set forth for the search of diamond, there are others searching for something more valuable – love!

Kishan Dev Saxena (Riteish Deshmukh) is the protagonist, a conman by profession and a plausible disguiser depending upon the need of the situation. You can spot him as a nerd, an old man and also a female. His scheming mind is always in search of victim and his heart is in search of Julie (Koena Mitra) whom he loves very much. Julie lives in a basti and loves to dance, dream and love. And also she can do anything for money. She wants   Kishan to help her like his poor friend Arjun Fernandez (Shreyas Talpade), for whom Kishan is invaluable because he lives out of his pocket. Arjun also lives in the basti, has a small garage, a dog Badshah, an orphan child Titli and his lady love Shivani Pandit (Ria Sen). Shivani is a very simple girl and she loves Arjun. Her father has also agreed to the match leaving the world wondering "Is he blind?" Pt. Satyabol Shastri (Anupam Kher) wants Shivani and Arjun to get married and is also looking to get married himself, finding true love at this age. 

While they are confused with love and money, Don Danny Carlos (Jackie Shroff) knows his target. He is a don with his base in Bangkok and is willing to offer a diamond ring worth a crore to anyone who could join his gang as a trustee. His closest aid is Sania Badnam (Celina Jaitley), his moll and she is happy because he is her key to the diamonds. Ranaji (Chunkey Pandey) a Don from Nepal and Mata Prasad (Rajpal Yadav) who dreams of becoming rich and powerful are also a part of the game. But until and unless the most honest cop Namdev Mane a.k.a. 'Na Mane' (Suneil Shetty) is there anything can hardly go wrong. He is after those running after the illegitimate money. At the cross roads of life, they all cross path leading to madness, chaos and fun, every moment!
