Famous actress Sana Azim (Kangana Ranaut) attempts to kill herself by slashing her wrists in a hotel room in Mumbai. Filmmaker Aditya Garewal (Shiny Ahuja) hears the news and gets panicked. Aditya and Sana had being having an affair before she just went away from his life without any explanation. He had searched for her all over and it is after three years now that he is hearing this news about her. He goes to meet her as she draws near to the last moments of her life. Aditya waits outside the ICU praying to God that he can unite with her again. The moments he had spend with Sana starts reeling before his eyes. She had been both a lover and mentor to him in his hard days and their romance had been the enlightenment of his life. Until one day, when a rival ended their happy days. Aditya understands that the only way he can save her is to take her away from Bollywood and so he runs away with her putting his career at stake. The moments that he spends with her are the best moments of his life. Everything goes fine until she leaves him one day unannounced. Why did she leave him? What has forced her to commit suicide?  Will he be able to reunite with her again?
