Mahesh Bhatt takes a slice of his life from his relationship with late actress Parvin Babi and presents it in ‘Woh Lamhe’. The film is produced by Vishesh Films and has Kangna Ranaut and Shiney Ahuja in the lead. For the music the Bhatts once again teams up with Pritam after the astounding success of 'Gangster'. Also with the team getting together again expectations are sky high from the soundtrack of  ‘Woh Lamhe’. And they don’t disappoint delivering a superb score once again.

‘Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai’ belongs to the musical brilliance of Pritam, well-written lyrics by Neelesh Misra and a rocking rendition by KK. It falls in the category of one of the well-written and composed song of the year. Pritam after messing up ‘Ya Ali’ with ‘Ya Ghali’ gets once again inspired for this song from Indonesia's popular pop band Peterpan’s 'Tak Bisakah'. He lifts the tune straight away and adds some more punch to it. Surely this is one track that will go the ‘Ya Ali’ route in terms of success only if the listeners don’t consider the inspiration factor much. There is a jazzier remix of this number by DJs A Myth and Kiran that keeps you on the groove.

James after tasting sweet success with ‘Bheegi Bheegi’ returns back with 'Chal Chale'. He comes forth lively and energetic in this song written by Sayeed Quadri. The high points of the track are the lyrics, melody and rendition. It is a catchy and soothing number that strikes the chord as soon as you lend your ears to it.

'Tu Jo Nahin' is a soft ghazal number by a new singer Glenn John. One of the typical trademark kinds of song of the Bhatt’s the track makes an impact with the flawless rendition and poetic words by Sayeed Quadri. Pritam is at his composer’s best here. Another classy number that accounts in making this album amazing so far. One looks forward to hear as the song repeats again.

The beautiful journey so far goes a mile further with the appearance of Shreya Ghoshal’s 'So Jaoon Main'. A touching and emotional number with words by Shakeel Aazmi and Roop Kumar Rathod chipping in, it is a lengthy song that leaves its mark on you. Kunal Ganjawala comes up with the male version of the same track. Another pleasure hearing!

The album comes to a close with another inspired track 'Bin Tere' an original composition of Pakistani singer Jawad Ahmad. He comes behind the mike to render the song once again for the album. It is another beautiful song that has its moments. Simple lyrics by Sayeed Quadri and beautiful melodic rearrangement by Pritam makes this track worthy. A treat for your ears once again.

In succession Bhatts and Pritam deliver a reckoning album once again. All the songs are beautiful and it is difficult to pick up the best among of them as each one sound good. Inspiration or no inspiration, it’s the melody and good music that remains above the rest.
