Vishal must be eyeing a hat trick with ‘Thimuru’ after the success of his last films ‘Chellame’ and ‘Sandai Kozhi’. The hype is even more because he is acting with Reema Sen, who acted with him in hit film ‘Chellame’.

The actor plays the role of an action adventurer in the film while Reema Sen plays an urban medical student and Shreya Reddy plays a law student with rustic backdrop and negative shades. It also has an item number by Kiran. Priyan's camera work and former Indian footballer I M Vijayan’s role as a villain are said to be among the highlights of the film.

Vikram Krishna is producing the film under GK Films Corporation banner and Tharun Gopi is debuting as a hero. The audio album of the film with music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja has come out good. The makers of the film are confident that it will do well at the box-office, as it has all the ingredients of a hit film.
